Valid Reservation Dates
- Must be 2 business days in advance
- Must start and end Mon - Fri per our weekend policy
- Must not begin on a TC holiday. We are also completely closed over Thanksgiving and Winter Break and allow no reservations during that time.
- Must be fewer than 29 nights
- Must not overlap existing reservation dates you have
You will not be able to continue until you select valid dates.
If you have a last minute request for a reservation within 2 business days please call our office at 212-678-3235 to see if your reservation can be accommodated.
Payment
Payment is not due at the time of booking. We accept credit cards (via this portal), TC index, and business checks. Payments must be received by the deadlines below, based on the number of nights you book:
- 1-6 nights: due by 9am 3 business days prior to check-in
- 7-14 nights: due by 9am 2 weeks prior to check-in
- 15+ nights: due by 9am 1 month prior to check-in
- 6+ rooms for 1+ nights: due by 9am 1 month prior to check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received via this portal, phone, or email in accordance with the above payment schedule to avoid any charges. Once your due date has passed, the full amount charged is non-refundable.
Check-In/Out
Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.
Weekend Policy
Weekend departure and arrival will be booked and charged as three nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). For example: If a guest checks out on Saturday, they also will be charged for Saturday and Sunday night. If a guest checks in on Saturday, they also will be charged for Friday night. The same applies to holidays when our office is closed.
